Brother 4 Brother, LLC is a premier mentoring organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young men in Delaware. Our company partners with individual schools to secure grants, ensuring the provision of our impactful ten-module program. Rooted in behavioral science and counseling principles, our unique two-tiered approach first focuses on inner development before guiding young men in enhancing their external attributes, including focus, resilience against stereotypes, and habit formation.
Brother 4 Brother LLC offers a range of mentoring services designed to foster growth and development in young men.
Our One-on-One Mentoring provides personalized guidance through structured activities and individual interactions. We focus on understanding each client's unique strengths and growth areas, fostering a supportive environment for personal success.
Our Group Mentoring service offers tailored guidance through structured activities within a group setting. We create a supportive environment where young men can learn from each other, develop their strengths, and achieve collective success.
We include family members in the development process through designated sessions. This ensures families are aligned with the skills and knowledge imparted, creating a cohesive support system for the client.
Our program promotes self-awareness and growth through activities like reading, affirmations, goal setting, and journaling. These exercises help young men reflect, set personal goals, and develop a positive mindset.
Andre Valines, the visionary behind Brother 4 Brother LLC, has dedicated his career to empowering young men through transformative mentorship. With a background in working with at-risk youth and a degree from the University of Delaware, Andre brings a wealth of experience and passion to the organization. His journey began in 2015, mentoring youth in Wilmington and Dover, and led to the founding of Brother 4 Brother in 2016. Andre’s commitment to personal growth, resilience, and leadership is the driving force behind our mission to nurture the potential in every young man we serve.
At Brother 4 Brother, we believe that every step in our process is crucial to building stronger, more resilient young men. Our program not only focuses on immediate academic or personal challenges but also equips mentees with the skills and confidence to navigate future obstacles.
We begin by evaluating each young man's strengths, challenges, and goals. This initial assessment helps us understand their unique needs and aspirations.
Based on the assessment, we provide personalized mentoring through one-on-one and group sessions. Our structured activities and interactions foster personal growth and development.
We involve family members in designated sessions to ensure alignment with our program's goals. This collaborative approach extends support to the home environment, reinforcing the skills and knowledge imparted.
Regular check-ins and progress reviews help us track each mentee's development. We adjust our strategies as needed to ensure ongoing growth, celebrating milestones and achievements along the way.
